Terms and Conditions

1. We only collect recyclable waste
2. Zerotrash has the right to refuse waste filled with solid trash and liquid trash
3. Collection SLA is 3 days
4. This service is only available for selected cities in Colombo district
5. Drop off can be done at Zerotrash Collection Center - Boralasagamuwa on all 7 days from 08.00am to 6.00pm
6. Pickup cost will be 4000 /= for both Individuals & Organizations per collection
7. Mobile data will be offered only for Dialog Axiata mobile customers upon completion collection maximum 250MB per dropoff or collection (Minimum quantity needs to be 2Kg)
8. Data Reward is valid for billing cycle of 30 Days

Things we don't collect

1. Rotting waste
2. Toxins
3. E-Waste
4. Anything under category hazardous waste
5. Wastes that doesn’t have a proper identification
6. Posilane, Mirrors and Bulbs
